4Sim Center Philosophy
- Simulation CAN NOT replace field training.
- Simulation is the Walk Phase of training.
- It supplements and enhances by allowing practice
of basic techniques prior to going to the field
(i.e. working the bugs out). - If Simulation can not offer
- Cheaper (less/fewer beans, bullets, band-aids)
- Faster (conduct more training sessions per unit
time) - Better (reduce risk)
- training, then it shouldnt be done!

- Scheduling can be done by phone in a few minutes.
- Information we will need includes
- Your Unit name,
- Type of training you desire,
- Number of personnel to be trained,
- Dates and times desired,
- POC (generally the OIC for the training group)
26Hours of Operations
- You name it, almost.
- Considerations
- We are strongly supported by contractors.
- Under certain circumstances, contractors can be
worked 24/7, butbudgetary considerations. - Most are either retired Marines or other Service
military and are very committed to training
Marines. - Hours of Operations are
- EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE!
