• Administrator dials Intercom Huntgroup
• Prompt asks for extension or classroom number
• When intercom extension dialed, phone goes
  directly offhook to speaker after notification
  tone

• Teacher or administrator is on a phone
  conversation with an outside 3rd party
• Teacher or administrator determines, at any point
  in the conversation that the phone call should be
  recorded
• Teacher or administrator dials a predefined digit
  sequence () for example, (no audible dtmf tone
  generated) and call is recorded retroactively to
  the very first word of the call

• Emergency Notification
• Used in situations with more urgency or potential
  danger than normal call recording
• Teacher or administrator is engaged in a call in
  which terroristic threats or otherwise abusive or
  threatening language is involved (i.e. bomb
  threat)
• Teacher or administrator then dials 911 on the
  phone key pad (no dtmf tone is generated)
• Series of events put into motion
• Immediate voice notification sent to predefined
  list of authorities (principal, security, nurse)
• Immediate call recording initiated (retroactive
  to first of call)
• Immediate e-mail notification sent to predefined
  list of authorities (police station, fire
  station, principal, security)
• Follow up e-mail after call sent with audio
  attachment (.wav) recording file of call to
  predefined list of authorities.
• Same Thing occurs in a straight 911outbound call
