An example would be getting a stomach ache from
too much worry
Eustress
Positive Stress
Stress that can help you to accomplish goals
An example would be you have a big test coming up
so you study

Stressors are anything that can cause stress!
The body's reaction to stress...
Fight or Flight- Reaction that occurs in the
body during times of extreme stress. It prepares
your body to fight the stressor or to run from it
The body produces a hormone called adrenaline.
This hormone increases the sugar level in the
blood, which gives the body more energy during
times of stress.

Increased heart rate
Increased blood pressure
Increased breathing
Increased perspiration
Pupils dialate
Muscles tense and tighten
Digestion temporarily shuts down

FATIGUE
Extreme tiredness
