2 Monthes later
Pain the in the left side. Ultrasound Blood test

Pelvic sonogram Showed normal sized anteverted
uterus with smooth outline normal myometrial
texture and empty uterine lumen. A mild
endometrial thickening however was noticed
measuring approximately 11.8 mm which most likely
due to the phase of menstrual cycle. Both ovaries
were of normal size and outline and showed at
least two small immature follicles in both
ovaries, each measuring less than 7 mm in size
and both ovaries otherwise appear normal without
any significant ovaries cyst or mass There was no
detectable pelvic collection or any other
significant abnormality.
