Computer Care Guidelines

• Protect your computer and yourself

• Your laptop is a delicate electrical device.
  Treat it as such and it wont break down.

• Laptop batteries should be charged every night
  before you come to school.
• 12 plugs 30 laptops problem

• Always carry your laptop in the school issued
  case or backpack.

• Using the laptop case helps prevent serious
  damages

• It is important to always log in properly to
  receive program and virus updates and access to
  your H drive for data back up.

• Never set a screensaver or power on password on
  the laptop.

• Do not trash your laptop with ink, paint,
  stickers, etc

• Your computer should be turned off and put in its
  case every time you move it from one room to
  another.

• Student laptop repairs need to be turned in to
  the helpdesk in room 122 as soon as they happen.

• Never leave laptop sitting unattended.

• If your computer is stolen, notify the campus
  police officer.
