Accesssions list is lit, but only prints a blank
page - With records selected off list, choose File-Print
list - Choose of all or selected
- Option to send list to a file is controlled
through printer dialog, not Connexion

9Spell checker
- English only, presently
- If word isnt in dictionary
- Click Ignore to keep this instance of the word as
is. - Click Ignore All to keep all instances of the
word. - Click Add to add the word to the dictionary
- Delete the word in the text box, and type a
correction. - Highlight a suggested word in the Suggestions
list, and then click Replace to replace this
instance of the word or click Replace All to
replace all instances of the word. - Ignores diacritics and special characters, and
non-Latin scripts

- Specifying types of words to skip
- Ignore capitalized words
- Default Cleared checks capitalized words
- Ignore words in uppercase
- Default Cleared checks words in all uppercase
- Ignore words with number
- Default Cleared checks words with numbers (for
example, Win2000) - Ignore domain names
- Default Selected ignores domain names (for
example, www.oclc.org

- Adding, editing, or deleting words from the spell
checker dictionary or importing the content of
the user dictionary you used formerly with PP or
CatME. Settings can also be imported - See Basics/Set Options and Customize, "Customize
the spell checker
