Ingredients Serves 4

• 150g / 6oz self raising flour )
• 50g / 2oz margarine ) base
• Milk or water to mix )
• 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato puree (must
  mix with water)
• 50g / 2oz cheddar cheese
• Mixed herbs
• 2-3 toppings of your choice (cooked) 75g/3oz
• BRING YOUR OWN BAKING TRAY OR PIZZA TRAY

Method

• Light oven Gas 6 / 200C and grease tray

• Put your flour in a bowl and chop your margarine
  into cubes and add to flour.

• Rub the margarine into the flour to form a
  breadcrumb texture.

• Add your milk or water a tablespoon at a time and
  mix with a knife to make a soft dough. Use your
  hand to finally press the mixture into a ball.

• Knead lightly on a floured surface and rollout to
  fit the size and shape of your pizza tray.

• Press the dough out on your tray and spread the
  top with your pizza sauce.

• Then prepare and add your topping.

• Once you have added all of your toppings place in
  the oven for 15 20 mins.
