• Membership discussed the results and showed hands
  for emphasis on the following
• Subcommittees should be assigned by the
  association to address pertinent issues in both
  the technical and political realm
• Composition, task, reporting and closure
  mechanism defined ad hoc by the sub-committee
• Emphasis should be placed on electronic
  collaboration mechanisms
• Representatives need to be assigned to certain
  geo-political venues to increase the visibility
  of HF capabilities
• Address within the venues, those items that
  impede or expand HF performance and/or utility
• Commercial agenda items need to be performance
  based presentations that bore into the products
  detailed capabilities and applications
• Chairman to write boilerplate charter statement
  for HFIA to use subcommittees

HF Industry Association Should Be A Tool For The
Customer

• HFIA can provide guidelines to get from a
  Communicative State to a Mature State using
  Sub-Committees
