WCAA

• Mission of the Wellesley College Alumnae
  Association is to further the interests of the
  College and alumnae by connected alumnae to the
  College and one another.
• WCAA serves as a life-long resource to all
  alumnae.

• WCAA is an independent, self-governing
  organization created by alumnae in 1880.
• In 1952 the Alumnae Association board and the
  board of trustees made the decision to change the
  Associations mission and since then all fund
  raising for the College has come through the
  Office of Resources.

• All classes are part of the WCAA, and fall under
  our 501(c) 3 non-profit umbrella.
• WCAA committed to fostering wide participation in
  alumnae activities by women of all ages,
  religions, sexual orientations, and racial and
  ethnic backgrounds, resulting in all Wellesley
  alumnae, guests, and representatives made to feel
  comfortable and welcome at all class gatherings.
