FOPS VISION

• The Office of Facility Operations and Program
  Support facilitates outstanding instruction,
  provides seamless transitions and orchestrates
  continuity of effort to insure DPE is the leader
  of physical development for the Corps, the Army
  and the Nation.

FOPS MISSION

• To prepare, maintain and sustain the Department
  of Physical Educations instructional environment
  in order to insure cadets have every opportunity
  to become leaders of character.

  prepared facilities

Security Objectives

• Vigilantly safeguard military and personal
  property
• Maintain safety and evacuation procedures
• Courteously provide general information and
  assistance to patrons

Scheduling Objectives

• Maintain pro-active scheduling of DPE facilities
• Maintain positive relationships with ODIA and
  other patron organizations

Custodial/Labor Objectives

• Organize and maintain the Most Efficient
  Organization concept
• Instill and maintain a sense of pride and
  camaraderie in the staff

62 Room Objectives

• Provide sanitary and operational equipment for
  patron use.
• Maintain service log for all electronic equipment
• Prepare purchase plan for the new 62 Room with
  regard to customer needs and contractor
  specifications

Maintenance Objectives

• Submit work orders for DPE facilities
• Track work orders and provide feedback regularly
  to DPE users and patrons
• Conduct routine facility inspections and
  encourage routine users to do the same

Supply Objectives

• Ensure course directors receive all requested and
  approved equipment
• Provide clean and serviceable equipment to DPE
  competitive IM sports
• Maintain a strict DPE budget
• Instill property accountability and
  responsibility to cadet hand receipt holders
• Maintain accountability of all department
  equipment

Transportation Objectives

• Coordinate and verify departmental transportation
  requests
• Ensure transportation requests are valid and
  track all requests through completion
