etc. - Mentoring relationships can be informal
(developing on their own between partners) or
formal (via assigned relationships often
associated with organizational mentoring programs
to promote employee development) - Organizational mentoring normally involves
new-hire mentorship and/or high-potential
mentorship programs

skill building experiences
