Problems

• first there is the conversion from Word2DiML
• students want use standard tools (Word, LaTeX) to
  write their publications
• High costs for SGML/XML tools (database, browser,
  authoring systems)
• library infrastructure and librarians education
  is not sufficient for enabling SGML/XML workflows
