Objective
  • The objective of workpackage 4 is to propose
  • a high-performance modus operandi for the
    management of large projects in the professional
    eTraining area.
  • recommendations for programme management to
    accompany the roadmap implementation.

What has been done so far?
  • Analysis of the modus operandi of currently
    running Research and Development programmes and
    networks through
  • Desk research
  • Case studies
  • Expert interviews
  • We identified that different research areas and
    organisations have different needs for modus
    operandi.

Overview-report of modus operandi of currently

There is a large bandwidth of opinions concerning
success factors for programmes / networks.
However specific key success factors have been
identified

    guidelines - early clarification of IPR issues in
    consortia
