- Decide how large a group will participate in

- Create/Distribute a Brochure promoting the Bureau

- Call the speaker and arrange the engagement,
contact an alternate - Call the requesting organization confirm the
engagement - Send a short confirmation letter to the
requesting organization, with a copy to the
speaker
