• Send contracts back to contract officers with
  suggested language when necessary to ensure
  contract language ties payments to
  deliverables/milestones
• Provide training to groups and individuals on
  contract processes and management
• Review agency contract policies and update to
  reflect changes and improve clarity

• To date 468 Ecology staff have taken the (OFM)
  training mandatory for individuals who manage
  contracts
