What users have said
  • The biggest difference Espresso has made to our
school is the motivation and confidence it has
given teachers to use ICT. It's an enabler - so
easy to use that Espresso removes the need for
ICT skills. Thanks to Espresso, we focus on
subjects, and ICT becomes only a tool.
  • Roz Lamb, Head, Norwood Green Junior, Southall
(Hounslow LEA). An Outstanding Ofsted School

5
What users have said
  • Easy to use even when ICT is not a strong point!
Lots to use for KS1 - written specifically for
young children (unlike a lot of material on the
    web).
  • Hilary Hall, Thorpe Acre Infants, Leicestershire

What users have said
  • Children love the video clips, as they are short
and focused they grab their attention and engage
them with the subject straight away. Espresso is
also very popular in our school's lunchtime and
before school Internet clubs, with many children
    including it in their 'Favourites'.
  • Leesa Harbottle, ICT Coordinator, Year 4 Teacher,
    Star Primary School, Newham

7
What users have said
  • The speed delivery of the resources ensure that
teachers use their time effectively pupils are
    focussed on relevant tasks.
  • Mrs Victoria Frost, ICT Co-ordinator, Throckley
    First School, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

8
What users have said
  • Excellent for the visual learner. Brings learning
to life. Particularly like the videos that link
    learning to real life experiences.
  • Emma Somers from Ryders Hayes JMI

9
What users have said
  • The schools in Kings Cross EAZ place high value
on Espresso. Teachers find it very easy to use
and appealing to infants, juniors and secondary
school pupils alike. After only six months of
use, it is something which we could not do
    without.
  • Derek Smith, Director, Kings Cross Education
    Action Zone, London
