• Welcome to RMS! Today you will learn how to
  navigate through the People and Applications
  sections of RMS and us it to your best advantage.
  
• RMS combines a record centered approach that
  makes it very user friendly
• To demonstrate, the following is an example on
  how easy it is to move around RMS. To Log on,
  select the RMS icon, type in your user name and
  password

Definitions and Locations

• Module menus are located on the top of every
  screen. Any menu can be accessed from anywhere
  at anytime. Just click on the icon
• Tabs are always located on the button of the
  screen once the user is inside a menu. They
  access information and functions by category.
  This example is from the People menu. When a
  user first enters a menu, it always opens to the
  far-left tab, which in this case is the Accounts
  tab.
• Buttons allow you to execute a function or an
  action. It is the last step in performing a task.

• People Menu
• The People menu is where you would go when
  working with individuals and their records. Room
  changes are done from this menu and you can
  perform accounting tasks along with viewing
  profile demongraphics.
