Concentration

• When I first started thinking of ideas to work on
  for my concentration I tried to take pictures
  focusing on images with textures, particularly
  ones in nature details, that would look good when
  developed with a high contrast filter .
• I worked with my initial idea for a while and
  liked the photographs I printed in the darkroom.
  Eventually however I decided to focus less on the
  wide variety of textures in nature and shift more
  to the natural lines and shapes found in
  landscapes. I began to focus more on compositions
  with recurring leading lines in the natural
  settings. I continued to work in the darkroom to
  have interesting contrasts in the range of values
  throughout my landscape prints using
  Multicontrast filters, burning and dodging
  techniques to achieve the look I wanted.
