  • Financial Planners salary range 50K plus super
    (entry level i.e. PS 146 compliant, life
    experience and some financial services exposure,
    sales aptitude) to 110K plus super plus bonus

  • Technically strong (insurance, gearing, self
    managed super, direct shares, retirement
    planning)
  • Degree qualified
  • Ideally CFP qualified but DFP 1 4 (or
    equivalent) as a minimum.
  • Organisational/time management
  • Communication written and verbal
  • Sales skills and networks (dont rely just on a
    data base) / ability to influence
  • Commercially savvy (focus on high value clients)
  • Integrity, empathy and discretion
