Fabric Protection
When your home furnishings are treated with our
fabric protector, you will not see or feel any
difference in the fabric. But, each fibre has an
invisible molecular barrier that repels oil and
water-based liquids and dry soil. Spills will
bead up and roll off, and any residue can be
blotted away with a clean cloth. Dry soils can
be easily vacuumed away. This means you will save
money and your furniture will look newer for
longer.

Leather is natures most luxurious yet most
practical material. It has a sensuous lure about
it.   Its synonymous with luxury, class and
culture, yet leather is a durable and practical
covering that outlives fabric upholstery.   Today
s leathers will remain supple if correctly
cleaned and maintained, whilst withstanding the
rigours of modern daily life.   There is no
material that matches the feel and aroma of good
leather. With proper care leather becomes richer
and supple over the years and acquires a soft
patina much like that of a well worn leather
glove. No two pieces are alike, each has its own
natural marking, making it unique.   With this in
mind, we have developed Bryants Supreme leather
conditioner, a new natural leather fragrance,
conditioning cream that cleans, conditions and
protects whilst restoring the lustre of your
leather.   The Bryans Supreme leather
conditioner contains a blend of natural
conditioners, carnauba wax, bees wax, lanolin
and oils that keep the leather supple and
hydrated. This special formulation provides a
protective shield against UV damage, dirt and
spills which could stain.

Citrus Spotter
A safe yet powerful spotter.   This spotting
solvent removes oily spots from a wide variety of
surfaces. A naturally derived solvent,
dlimonene highly effective for cleaning spills
spots on dry-cleanable fabrics. It removes tar,
gum, auto grease and oil, food oils (bacon
grease, lard, fat, etc.), crayon, lipstick and
oily cosmetics, ointments, margarine, and some
fresh paint spots. Citrus spotter also removes
some water-based components of oily spots.

Spot Removers
Not all spots and stains are created equal each
spot or stain has a different chemical structure
or fibre bonding mechanism, which requires
specific chemistry to ensure successful
removal.   The Bryants Fabric Spotting Kit is a
specifically formulated range of professional
spotting agents designed to remove a broad range
of spills and stains.    Water based formula for
safety and ease of use. Can be used on synthetic
and natural carpets, as well as on water
cleanable upholstery and fine fabrics. Removes a
wide variety of common spills and
stains. Approved by WoolSafe for use on wool
carpets and upholstery.    A heavy-duty spotter
made especially for the removal of blood, vomit,
wine, ink, coffee, food and other protein based
stains. Ideal for carpets, water cleanable
upholstery, and clothing.   A heavy-duty spotter
and deodorizer formulated especially for removing
spots from pet urine and other animal waste. Low
PH formula neutralizes alkaline residues from pet
urine. Deodorizes while it spots. Meets
specifications for use on stain resistant
carpets.

Product information for
Fabrx Protex is a sopal based product that is
hyper analgesic. Fabrx Protex covers the
individual fibers of your fabric giving your
product a barrier that resist staining . This
will enable your product looking new for a longer
period. Please note the Fabrx Protex product is
not a dirt inhibiter but a stain inhibiter. Your
protected item will get dirty over time ,how ever
the Fabrx Protex product will enable you to wipe
away most spills that occur. Remember that
Protex is a barrier and is penetrable after
time. Fabric can be steam cleaned how ever we do
not cover any warranty on any applications that
we do not directly apply.

Does the application of Fabrx Protex effect the
appearance of the fabric ? No Fabrx Protex is an
invisible and odourlessand douse not effect the
appearance or the feel of the product it is
applied to, nor douse it effect the
breathability. Will Fabrx Protex protect fabric
or fibers form fading or discoloring due to
exposure to sunlight over long periods? No
Discoloring and fading will occur how ever Fabrx
Protex will not contribute to the fading or
discoloring. douse Fabrx Protex protect against
ware and tear of fabric? No but because the
treatment makes the removal of dust and dirt by
vacuum cleaning easier the fibers are less likely
to were due to abrasion caused by embedded
dirt. Does Fabrx Protex effect the flame
retardance of the material? No it has no effect
on the flame retardancy of fabric and can be
applied to fabric that has been treated with a
flame retardant product. How long douse the
treatment last? The treatment will last the life
of the fabric how ever we recommend that the
product gets tested after the 2nd steam clean,
our product carries a 3 year limited warranty.

• Is the treatment removed by spot
  cleaning?Spot cleaning has little effect on the
  properties of Fabrx Protex ,however care should
  be taken to remove all soap residue as this can
  actually attract dirt properties.Does the
  treatment come off when dry cleaning fabrics?Dry
  cleaning is unlikely to remove Fabrx Protex from
  the fabric but refer to the manufacturers
  cleaning instructions as retreatment may be
  necessary after repeated dry cleaning.Will all
  liquids bead up on products treated with Fabrx
  Protex?Most liquids will bead upon the major of
  fabrics, how ever this is dependant on the fiber
  and the weave of the fabric, how ever if liquids
  soaked into the fabric ,Fabrx Protex ensures that
  the stain is easier to remove.
