The operations for setting in conformity our
products with the aim to be in compliance with
RoHS and ELV regulation is proceeding as forecast
in our initial planning. Several
families of products within our CONNECTIC
Europe catalogue are already in conformity (ref.
Lists in Appendix A) The installation of the
necessary process modifications is in progress
and will be completed during the 1st quarter 2006
for certain priority families and the list in
Appendix B. A complementary list of products
families (ref. Lists in Appendix C) is
undergoing analysis and the possibilities to put
in conformity at the date of July 1st 2006 is in
progress of evaluation. Lastly, certain
references of products (ref. Lists in Appendix
D and taps PLAC) still remain in an analysis
phase. Our next RoHS progress report
is programmed for MARCH 2006

D/ List of products undergoing analysis to
establish an inventory

• This analysis will enable us to identify if
  these products can be integrated into our range
  of RoHS products for July 1,2006
• The coupler C 9000 and the industrial ball valve
  ranges are already undergoing analysis to obtain
  the compliance with RoHS directive as quickly as
  possible.
