- Weve identified the areas of the industry where
women are advancing more quickly
- Financial/Professional Services both in numbers
and compensation
- Weve identified areas where we have our work cut
out for us to ensure that women have an equal
opportunity to achieve success. - Brokerage Development where women are not
gaining ground.

measure our future success.
25Women in Commercial Real Estate Survey 2005
What Does it All Mean?
- We have more questions to address with future
research
- How are women responding to the glass ceiling in
our industry do they leave or start their own
firm? - How can companies encourage women to seek/become
comfortable with commission-based compensation?

educate the industry to motivate us all to action.
