• The ABCC provides HPC resources to support the
  NCI in cancer research.
• For the past 4 years the ABCC has been
  investigating the use of FPGAs in biomedical
  computing, and how to simplify their programming.
• Projects include
• Imaging (DSP, segmentation, and reconstruction)
• Sequence analysis and recognition
• Pattern matching and Data mining
• Graph analysis and matching (Pathways)
