Enroll Eligible Workers
Provide Initial Free Exam
- With CBD150,000 plus medical expenses
- With abnormal BeLPTmedical monitoring for CBD,
but no lump sum payment
- Payment of medical expenses
- Maybe entitled to a maximum 250,000 based on yrs
of qualifying wage-loss
Send medical exam results, and inform workers
about compensation for work-related illnesses
(EEOICPA) if a potential compensable condition is
identified
