    your physical health- the condition of your body.
    The second side represents your mental/emotional
    health- your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
    The third side of the triangle is your social
    health- the way you relate to others.

  • Keep fit by getting regular exercise.
  • Eat a well-balanced diet.
  • Maintain your ideal weight.
  • Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and drugs!
  • Get plenty of quality sleep time.

  • Express your feelings in a healthy way.
