Advanced Measures
  • Distinguished Plan-in addition to 26 credits, a
    combination of 4 of the following advanced
    measures must be achieved
  • A score of 3 or more on the College Board AP
    examination
  • A score of 4 or more on an International
    Baccalaureate exam
  • A grade of 3.0 or higher on college credit
    courses
  • Original research/project
  • A score on the PSAT that qualifies the student as
    a Commended Scholar or higher by the National
    Merit Scholarship Corp.

  • Starting your 9th Grade year.
  • Begin writing down every thing that youre
    involved in. (sports, academics, clubs, volunteer
    work, extra activities and awards that you have
    received)
  • This will help when you begin to fill out
    applications for jobs, technical schools
    colleges
