• Introduction TO THE OFFICE EQUIPMENT DIVISION
• The copier market has undergone a major change
  during the last 10 years mainly because demand
  has driven technology to offer document
  management systems instead of standard stand
  alone equipment.
• The product has now evolved into a digital
  printer linked with a scanner with several
  important accessories such as networking, faxing,
  duplex, booklet makingActually, we can regard
  these products as an internal office printing
  facility.
• This change in the technology not only brings
  efficiency but also reliability by having reduced
  substantially the amount of components that are
  required to manufacture these products.
• The African market is moving from brand driven
  demand towards cost, expertise and support.
  Reliability is of paramount importance.
