  • Prejudice towards PAL depend on level of
    disabilities, relationship, social and economic
    status

    villages in need of appropriated rehabilitations
    as well

  • The appropriate CBR model for PAL should be
    integrated with those of other PWD
  • The strength of PAL, their family, community
    leaders and PWD network contribute to the
    successful and sustainability of CBR
  • Learning process and information system are core
    factors to strengthen local organization
    participation
