• ORC 2913.04-Unauthorized use of computer
• Knowingly gain or attempt to gain access to
  computer, computer system or computer network
  without consent or beyond implied scope of
  authority of owner.

• Computer system - means a computer and related
  devices, whether connected or unconnected,
  including, but not limited to, data input,
  output, and storage devices, data communications

  the system capable of performing specified
