Join Kit Panels Together
Lay panels between two 75 x 50 timber cleats.
Screw through for clamping.
Scarf Joint. Glue with microfibre blend
The long edges of the 2400 1200 sheets are
prescarfed. Lay out the sheets on a flat surface.
Glue the scarf joins with Microfibre Blend. Cut
through the tabs with a jig saw to remove the
pieces once joined.

Hulls fitted to bulkheads starting from the
bottom of the hull.

Separate hulls are easily turned without cranes
etc. Now you are ready to set up in preparation
for joining main bulkheads.

Insert the middle part of the main Bulkheads.
This also helps determine set-up width.

The Bridgedeck panel is lifted into position.

The rounded Nose Cone is installed finishing
off the front of the bridgedeck. The composite
forebeam and catwalk are also installed at this
stage.

It is recommended to install your furniture kit
at this stage, even fairing and planking can be
done, making it far easier.

All decks are installed, next the cabin front and
sides are installed followed by the saloon top.
