• Oh no, the Aliens have infiltrated our National
  Security Team Take your children on a physical,
  mental and practical problem solving hunt as they
  search for the Alien Control Centre.

W -Files

• 4 x 70 minute sessions solving a variety of
  problems to try and find the aliens
• Learn about parts of the human body, take
  measurements, classify data, search databases
• Crack codes based on hieroglyphics and decipher
  an ancient manuscript
• Write creatively a story from pictures
• Learn about the light spectrum, look at different
  aspects of light, learn how to separate light
  into its different wavelengths, look at different
  types of light to see which affects the Alien
  blood
• Work as a team to stealthily approach the Alien
  Control Centre.
• Team work and observation skills are essential!!

Checklist

• Old clothing!! On our recent visit the site was
  very very muddy!!!!
• Thin layers - waterproof trousers, woollen
  jumpers
• Kagoul
• Sturdy boots or trainers
• Hair bobbles
• Indoor shoes not slippers
• Wellies
• No aerosols
• Label all items of clothing / footwear
• Large plastic bag, not black, for dirty clothes
• Towels
• Toiletries
• Coat hangers

• New or expensive items of clothing
• Mobile phones / Hand held games
• Large amounts of cash
• There are drinks and chocolate machines but we
  have decided that the children will not need
  these or have the time to use them
