Competitive environment

• Teleroute faces mainly regionally focused
  competitors there is no European wide
  competition
• Germany, Eastern Europe, Spain, France and Italy
  are the areas with the strongest competitors
• All FX e-ventures have failed to materialized
  mainly due to a mistaken strategic focus and the
  lack of liquidity
• Teleroute largest competition is lack of
  awareness of freight exchanges. The market
  penetration is outside France smaller than 20
• Transport sectors consolidation, increasing
  pressure on margins and ever growing regulations
  appear as incentives to the growth of freight
  exchanges
