at least one class
5Definition of COA Early College
- Two types of courses are offered in Early
College - College transfer courses such as Political
Science, Economics, Drama, Communications - Technical Education college credit courses such
as CET, NET, Culinary, Automotive Technology, and
Construction Technology
6Definition of COA Early College
- Targeted for grades 10-12
- Taught by the College of The Albemarle
instructors - Upon completion of the courses student receive
both high school credit and community college
credit. Most four-year colleges and universities
accept the credit for college transfer courses
