• In order to meet the increased demands for
  retakaful, it is necessary for ARIL to upgrade
  its underwriting capacity by increasing its
  paid-up capital to USD 50 million by
  2008.
• As a 1st step ARILs Board of Directors have
  agreed to increase existing paid-up of USD 14
  million to USD 30 million by 2007.
