• Majority of Africans are farmers, some challenges
  are..
• Poor climate
• Poor soil
• Lack of storage facilities
• Difficult to have large animals (sleeping
  sickness)

Without livestock African farmers, such as Mgeni
Lamek, have to till their fields by hand. A team
of oxen can plough an area in one and a half
hours that would take eight days to till by hand.
