ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The GPS JPO is responsible for developing and
  maintaining ICD-GPS-705
• ICC drafts the ICD
• ICWG negotiates contents of the ICD
• CCB approves final product
• Civil users are represented by the DOT Deputy
  Program Manager, LCDR Fontana
• DOT is a member of the ICWG and CCB

PUBLIC REVIEW

• ICD-GPS-705 affects the entire GPS civil
  community
• Review and comments are essential!
• Comments will be consolidated and published with
  their preliminary dispositions
• Reviewing community can comment on preliminary
  dispositions
