Wildlife rehabilitation is the care of injured
and orphaned wild animals with the specific goal
of returning them to their native habitat with an
optimal chance of survival.

Wildlife Rehabilitation
  • By caring for individual animals, information is
gathered that is relevant to entire species
    including threatened and endangered species.

Wildlife rehabilitation involves emergency care,
long-term rehabilitation, conditioning for
release, and ultimately release back into the
wild.

move incubators next door to the HSPCA to begin
the 2 to 3 month process of caring for 1500
