The Youth Exchange program was a fantastic
experience and I have gained a lot of knowledge
and confidence .
Any young Australian fruit grower who has the
opportunity to travel overseas on an exchange or
a study tour should jump at the chance.

the trip was quite an eye opening experience as
to just how well orchards can be run. I feel the
exchange program was an extremely worthwhile
activity

My trip to Italy was a very worthwhile activity
and I feel that I learned a great deal. I left
feeling very motivated to improve the yields and
growing techniques used in the orchard where I
work.
Anyone who has the opportunity to go on one of
these trips will gain a wealth of information
and will make some very good friends and valuable
contacts in another fruit growing part of the
world.
