• Did you know laughing Hyenas laugh when they are
  frightened? Now lets step into Africa to learn
  about the Laughing Hyena.

Habitat

• Laughing Hyenas live in Central and Southern
  Africa in Grasslands. The weather is mostly hot.
  Did you know the population of the Laughing Hyena
  is 17,790! Laughing Hyena is not endangered. The
  Laughing Hyenas Predators are humans, and class
  is mammals.

Life Cycle

• Laughing Hyenas have two or three babies after
  gestation period of four month's Laughing Hyenas
  sleep in caves with other Hyenas. Laughing
  Hyenas move slow. They eat dead animals, young
  on telope, and other mammals and fruits.

Interesting Facts

• Laughing Hyenas are killed by lions, they are
  very powerful. They are active mainly at night.
  Laughing Hyenas dont really laugh they make a
  growling noise that is like laughing. Did you
  know Female Hyenas are more powerful than male
  Hyenas.
