How does it work?

• The user will initiate the KeyFree indexing
  feature by simply selecting the KeyFree button on
  the SmartSearch toolbar ribbon.
• Whenever a form or dialog box requires input from
  a document, users temporarily switch from their
  application to the KeyFree document window.
• There users are guided through the input fields
  of their application by the Navigator, a small
  information box attached to their mouse cursor.

the appropriate field in SmartSearch.
