• Look over the sample job description.
• Pay close attention to the terms listed for the
  position.
• Modify the job description so it fits your
  council.
• Report changes you decide upon.

• Look over the sample council bylaws.
• Locate each place in the bylaws refering to the
  new youth positions (underlined text).
• Discuss and modify the bylaws in accordance with
  your councils goals.
• Report changes you decide upon.

• Council appoints committee to handle bylaws
  revision.
• Committee reviews current bylaws and incorporates
  language to add youth representatives.
• Committee presents bylaws revision to full
