- Locate each place in the bylaws refering to the
new youth positions (underlined text). - Discuss and modify the bylaws in accordance with
your councils goals. - Report changes you decide upon.

- Council appoints committee to handle bylaws
revision. - Committee reviews current bylaws and incorporates
