• The organization provides a full, one-year
  scholarship to students attending tertiary
  institutions throughout Sierra Leone.

Sierra Visions Lit Circle

• A program for young adults and adults designed
  to promote literacy, dialogue and discussion. Lit
  Circle Leaders will engage participants in
  discussion based forums and activities.

TRSURE Training Program

• Sierra Visions Five-T Initiative Training goal
  is to reverse the Brain Drain into Brain Gain in
  Sierra Leone. Sierra Visions launched its first
  Brain Gain Training Program - TR'SURE in
  Freetown, Sierra Leone in April, 2005.
• SV provides FREE training, career development
  guidance and/or job placements for at-risk or
  working children, youth, and women in rural and
  urban areas in Sierra Leone.
• SV sponsors qualified professionals in the Sierra
  Leone Diaspora, to train individuals and
  professionals in Sierra Leone with global and
  leading edge skills in various
