Key points

• Although tenants are not dissatisfied with The
  Orangery, only 13 are using it on a regular
  basis. When prompted 79 said they wanted a new
  food operator.
• Over half the people interviewed only take a
  short break and eat at their desks.
• Most of those people buying their lunch spend
  less than 5
• Without being prompted, 10 of everybody
  interviewed said that they would like a Pret A
  Manger at Exchange Tower.
• When prompted, all potential eating drinking
  options received a similar level of interest,
  apart from fast food which two-thirds of people
  said they did not want.
• All other facilities at Exchange Tower receive
  high proportions of positive ratings apart from
  the shower areas.
• The most requested potential facilities were a
  coffee operator (60), a gym (72) and a new food
  operator (79)
