• There are two metrics used to calculate the
  earned fee
• Fleet Operational Readiness RateGoal of PBL is
  to maintain an OR rate that is / gt 90 Both
  the TAIS Shelters and AWS are included in Fleet
  Readiness calculations(Fee loss beginning at OR
  rates below 90)
• Customer Wait Time (CWT)Measured from the time a
  requisition is placed in the STAMIS system, to
  the time the requested item is first attempted to
  be delivered to the distribution POC(Fee loss
  beginning at 3 calendar days)
• Total Incentive Fee
• The Government will sum the incentive fee earned
  for FMC Fleet
• Operational Readiness and the incentive fee
  earned for Customer Wait Time

Conditioned Based Maintenance

• The uptime counter provides PM ATC with the
  following capabilities
• Enhanced prognostic and diagnostic

The Uptime Counter is the first step toward
developing an Electronic Logbook for the TAIS
system. An electronic logbook, as seen with
aircraft programs, will provide commanders in the
field with this logistical data allowing them to
make more timely operational and maintenance
decisions.
