multiple agents with ease - track sales online
3How Does the Program Work?
- Travel professionals who register and sell
products on www.grayline.com are eligible for a
10 commission - The website mails commission checks directly to
the travel agency on record
4What do I need to get started?
- A valid ARC, CLIA, IATA or IATAN number
- An email address
- A valid mailing address for the agency on record

www.grayline.com
3. Begin registration by visiting To Register
Click Here
6Registration - Step 1
The username and the password are yours to
choose. Keep in mind, they are both
case-specific. Remember to write them down!
7Registration - Step 2
Enter your agency name and your ARC or IATA
number. If you have a CLIA or IATAN number, you
may enter it in the ARC box as well. We do need a
legitimate registration number in order to
process agents in the system.
8Registration - Step 3
Complete the form by entering your name and the
agency address, phone, and fax information. You
must also include a valid email address.
9Registration Confirmation
With successful registration you will receive
this message. Within approximately 48 hours,
your registration will be reviewed for
completeness and accuracy and if approved, you
will receive another email informing you that it
is now possible to log into the system and begin
booking tours for your clients.

selling Gray Line products click here
11Log In with the System
Log into the System using your selected Username
and Password. Note Remember, this information
is case-specific. You will not be able to log in
until you have been approved.
12Log in with the system
If you have forgotten your password or simply
need to change it, you can do so from this page
as well. Note Remember this information is
case-specific.
You must be logged in as an agent in order to
earn commissions.
13Sales Process Booking EngineOnce logged in,
click the link in the upper right hand corner
that reads booking engine.
14Sales Process Booking EngineSelect the
appropriate destination by clicking on its name
in the drop-down menu and choose the dates of
travel to see the available tours.
15Sales Process - Selection
- Check the box that corresponds with the
appropriate tour. - Indicate how many people will be taking the tour.
- Be sure to select the correct travel date.
16Sales Process - Confirmation
Once the tours have been chosen and marked,
scroll to the bottom of the main screen and
click on continue.
17Sales Process Selection
Alternately, if you would like to learn more
about the tours listed, simply click on the title
of the tour, or the more link.
18Sales Process - Selection
This will give you a detailed explanation of the
tour, plus the ability to book the tour from
this page.
19Sales Process - Checkout Having completed your
selection, you will now be taken to the Checkout
page. At the top you will note the final price of
the ticket and the commission you will receive.
20Sales Process - Checkout Fill out the Passenger
1 Information as indicated.
For Lead Passenger you can choose to list your
client or yourself as the contact person for the
tour.
21Sales Process - Checkout Upon completing the
Lead Passenger section, you will then select
Continue at the bottom of the page.
22Sales Process - Payment Again you will be shown
the Total Purchase Price of the tour. Beneath
this section you will enter the credit card
information.
23Sales Process - Payment If you have a
promotional code, you can add it in the field
that reads enter promotion code.
Be sure to click the add to booking button as
well, otherwise the discount will not be taken.
Review the Total Purchase Price at the top of
the screen to verify the discount has been taken.
24Sales Process PaymentPlease ensure when
filling out the Billing Address that it is
exactly as it is listed with the credit card
company. Our system has very strict parameters
and will decline a card if the address does not
match.
Under Terms and Conditions, please note that all
tickets purchased are nonrefundable. You must
click I agree in order to complete the booking.
Upon completion, click continue.
25Sales Process Confirmation
The top portion of the confirmation will include
the passenger and contact information which you
provided, in addition to the booking number.
26Sales Process - Confirmation
Below the Passenger Information you will see a
summary of the Total purchase price and a copy of
the itinerary. Also included are the links to
Print Voucher, Save As PDF, and Print. Your
client must have a copy of their voucher to take
their tour!
27The Voucher When the product is purchased the
voucher will be made available as a link on the
confirmation page. You may print and/or re-print
the voucher at any time.

- show gross rates for all tours
- may be printed at the time of purchase
- are also emailed to the email address
specified with a link to reprint this email may
be forwarded also.
