3Mode of Functioning of the Executive Committee
- The executive committee functions as a team.

members are equal in that all are part of one
team. - For any particular event, one of the members is
selected as the Event Coordinator to design
specific duties to each of the other EC members
and PSA general members if required for central
coordination and to cover all aspects of the
event. - If an EC member is genuinely busy in studies,
travel, etc. other EC members try to spare him /
her and share his / her work among them. PhD is
the 1st priority for every EC member, just like
