CoB Lab Policies

• Use of the labs is subject to acceptance and
  adherence to lab policies
• Professional behavior is expected while using the
  labs
• Cell phone usage is not permitted in the labs
• Please turn off the ringer while using labs or
  take calls outside
• Food, drinks, tobacco products and controlled
  substances are not allowed in the labs (even if
  they are not being consumed)

CoB Network Account

• To use the CoB labs and network, you need a CoB
  network account
• Usernames are the student username assigned to
  you by the university
• i.e., your Blackboard or BOL username
• The default password is the last six numbers of
  your UCID
• Example
• Username cobainkd Password 987654
• You will be asked to change default password on
  first login
• User accounts are reset at the beginning of every
  quarter
• Network storage
• I\ drive with 100 MB of storage
• Deleted at the end of every quarter
• Make sure you backup!
