- Use of the labs is subject to acceptance and
adherence to lab policies - Professional behavior is expected while using the
labs - Cell phone usage is not permitted in the labs
- Please turn off the ringer while using labs or
take calls outside - Food, drinks, tobacco products and controlled
substances are not allowed in the labs (even if
they are not being consumed) - Please read UC IT student usage guidelines for

- To use the CoB labs and network, you need a CoB
network account - Usernames are the student username assigned to
you by the university - i.e., your Blackboard or BOL username
- The default password is the last six numbers of
your UCID - Example

- You will be asked to change default password on
first login - User accounts are reset at the beginning of every
quarter - Network storage
- I\ drive with 100 MB of storage
- Deleted at the end of every quarter
