Palm to Compaq Transfer

• HotSync your Palm Pilot
• Find the Palm Pilot installation CD and run it on
  your computer
• Follow the instructions to reinstall the Palm
  Pilot software
• Select the option of using Microsoft Outlook as
  your desktop server
• Connect with your Compaq

At Home or in A7

• Load Compaq CD (skip this step for A7)
• Select install active sync
• Make sure your compaq is not connected
• It will then tell you to connect your compaq (USB
  or serial cradle)
• Select standard partnership
• Name your PPC
• Create Shared Folder on your desktop for your
  documents
• Select all the boxes to sync
• If you dont have outlook, install that too
