Having good character can help you have better
health.
  • Caring-Caring is when you care for someone or
    something. Caring is important because that means
    you will try to


    protect it. For example, if you
    cared for something a whole bunch and I respected
    that I would be caring.
  • Trustworthy-Someone can count on you, or you are
    helpful. You are being nice to someone so you can
    be trustworthy. For example, if you are
    trustworthy say if someone needs your help and
    you go help them you are being trustworthy.

Character
  • Honesty-Honesty is when you dont lie and you
    tell the truth. Telling the truth is important
    because if youre honest you will have more
    friends. For example, if you were not a so
    honest person and lied I would I tell you the
    truth about how you act.

Nutrition
  • You can get nutrition from all of these food
    groups. All food give you energy, but foods that
    give you the most energy are sweets you dont
    want to eat to many sweets though. If you eat too
    many sweets the extra sugar your body doesnt
    need turns into fat. The five food groups are the
    grain group, the vegetable group, the fruit
    group, the dairy group, and the meat group. There
    is a thing called the others group. The others
    group is filled with sweets. The food pyramid
    tells how many servings from each group you need
    every day. The food pyramid has each group on it
    including the others group. The food pyramid
    starts with the grain group witch you need 6-11
    servings each day. From the meat group you need
    2-3 servings every day. From the milk group you
    need 2-3 servings a day also. From the fruit
    group you need 2-4. And from the vegetable group
    you need 3-5 servings a day. Eat calcium and you
    will have healthy bones. But if you get calcium
    your cuts will heal fast. Do all of this and you
    will be really healthy.

EXERCISE
  • Exercise is important because it gives you
    energy, helps your bones stay strong, it is also
    good for your organs like, your brain, heart, and
    your lungs. Exercise keeps your mind clear and
    positive. If you exercise every day your muscles
    will be stronger than ever.
  • I play a lot of sports I play soccer and soft
    ball, and I love them both. They are both really
    fun. I would really like to try basketball, and
    the reason is that Im so tall, so I think it
    would be fun and right for me.

INTERNET SAFETY
  • My favorite websites are webkinz and iCarly.
  • My advice about internet safety is dont talk to
    anyone you dont know. Dont give out any of
    yours or anyone else personal information. Dont
    meet anyone over the internet. Never write your
    name, address, phone number or the street you
    live on.
