• Would you want a spotted tailed quoll as a pet? I
  sure dont! The quoll has sharp teeth to kill its
  prey, huh and you might be the prey!

A spotted tailed quoll has dark chocolate brown
fur almost black with white spots.A quoll also
has a cream white belly. The quolls tail is 34
to 50 centimeters long! Did you know that they
are the size of a full grown cat?! The quoll has
a mouth that can really open wide. The quolls
body is continued as a tail. Quolls have ridged
pads on theyre feet.theyre tail is not used for
an extra leg or arm. A female quoll has a pouch
for them to hold theyre babies wich makes them a
marsupial.
Physical Characteristics

Habitat

• Quolls are mostly found at Tasmania, Eastern
  seabord, Queensland, and Victoria. The quoll
  likes to be in cool temperate rainforests.

Feeding

• The quoll feeds on birds, rats, and other
  animals. To kill theyre prey they bite the back
  of the animals neck.

Shelter

• The quoll makes its shelter in tree holes, hollow
  logs, and trees.

• quolls are also called the tiger quoll and
  theyre the largest carnivorous marsupial.The
  quoll is a member of the Dasyuridae family.

• What I learned from doing this animal was that
  theyre body is the size of a full grown cat and
  that theyre body is mostly tail.
